Arizona charitable solicitation registration: requirements, fees, and deadlines
| Registration | No requirement |
Who must register
Arizona has no general charitable solicitation registration requirement. Note: Arizona repealed its general charity registration in 2013 — but a veterans' organization must file a registration statement with the Secretary of State before anyone solicits in the name of American veterans for it, and consumer-protection rules still govern fundraising conduct.

A second registration may also apply
Arizona operates a separate regime alongside solicitation registration, with its own trigger, deadline and fees. Registering once does not satisfy both.
Veterans' organization registration statement (A.R.S. § 13-3722)
Also applies if anyone solicits money or other support in the name of American veterans for it — the registration statement is filed by the veterans' organization with the Secretary of State, and it is the only charity filing Arizona kept when it repealed general registration in 2013.
