Steadworthywas built by a founder who runs a 501(c)(3) and lived the multi-state registration problem firsthand: dozens of forms, dozens of deadlines, every state with its own definition of “soliciting,” and an industry that bills by the filing — so nobody ever tells you where you don't need to file.
So we built the thing we wished existed: one profile, every state, every conclusion cited to the statute it came from. The platform's first customer was our own charity.
